- SEER Cancer Statistics Review (CSR) is an annual report which includes incidence, mortality, survival, prevalence, and lifetime risk statistics. The most recent report includes statistics from 1975 through 2006, the most recent year for which data are available.
- Annual Report to the Nation on the Status of Cancer, 1975-2005 provides an update on the trends in cancer incidence (new cases reported) and death rates in the United States. The current report, published in November 2008, contains a special feature on trends in lung cancer, tobacco use and tobacco control.
- US Cancer Statistics, 1999-2005 Incidence & Mortality, produced jointly by the NCI and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), provides state-specific and regional data for cancer cases diagnosed between 1999 and 2005.

- SEER Survival Monograph: Cancer Survival Among Adults: US SEER Program examines cancer survival by patient and tumor characteristics for over 1.6 million adult cancers diagnosed during the period 1988-2001 within the NCI's Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) Program.
- Cancer Trends Progress Report Web site provides up-to-date information on topics across the cancer continuum—from disease prevention to the impact of deaths from cancer—and tracks the successful application of cancer research into practice.

This resource provides cancer information, including research findings, for patients and families, the public, and health professionals. - NCI Research on Childhood Cancers summarizes results from recent studies and describes current studies looking at the causes and most effective treatments for childhood cancers.
- Understanding Prognosis and Cancer Statistics discusses the concept of prognosis and the usefulness of statistical information to cancer patients and their loved ones.
- SEER Statistical Publications includes publications containing cancer statistics produced by the SEER program or through collaborative efforts between SEER and other organizations.
