Kaitlyn has joined the Surveillance Informatics Branch (SIB) of the Surveillance Research Program (SRP) as a project management contractor for the Data Acquisitions and Linkages (DAL) team. She is joining the SRP team to help coordinate communications and processes across branches.
Kaitlyn has over five years of experience in project and change management; the majority of Kaitlyn’s project management experience has been within the IT space, where she has honed her team building and process optimization skills as she worked to increase efficiency within diverse teams. Kaitlyn also supported large scale strategic change during her time at both Rosetta Stone and Garter. Kaitlyn has an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in Communications with an emphasis in Global Business. She is currently working on her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and plans to earn the Executive Certificate in Organizational Consulting & Change Leadership from Georgetown University next.
