Bug Reporting

When submitting a bug report, please provide the following if available:

  • A text description of the problem encountered.
  • The version number of the ComPrev application you are using.
  • A Session File (.cps) from the session you were in.
  • The data source file (data.ini and data.txt) you were using for the session.
  • Any imported data files such as the LDP import files (.DIC, .TXT), or the Incidence Parameters (.CSV) file that were used in your session.
  • If you are able, take screenshots of the screens that look odd or you have questions about. Screenshots should be in JPG (Jpeg) format.
  • If there are multiple files, and you know how, compress all of the files into a zip file and attach that to your support email. (Besides saving space, the zip file ensures that all of the files arrive un-corrupted).
  • The more information you provide, the quicker we can reproduce and then fix the problem.
  • Send all of this to comprev@imsweb.com.
