A description of the data source files included with ComPrev.

Complete Prevalence

90+ Age Groups Data Source

Filename:	SEER8_Comprev_Feb2026_90Ages.ini
By Vars:	35 Cancer Sites and 2 Sexes.
Age Groupings:	19 Age Groups (0-4, 5-9, ..., 90+), 20 Age Groups (0, 1-4, 5-9, ..., 90+), Single Ages (0, 1, 2, 3, ..., 90+)
Notes:	Models created using November 2024 SEER data. Used by NCI for publications starting with April 2026 data release.

This file contains a collection of Complete Prevalence models with age groups up to 90+. New models were fit using November 2024 data for the SEER 8 registries using age groups through 90+ to better align with new SEER*Stat databases. The number of sites have been reduced to those used by NCI, and the Race by-var has been removed as well.

85+ Age Groups New Data Source

Age Groupings:	18 Age Groups (0-4, 5-9, ..., 85+), 19 Age Groups (0, 1-4, 5-9, ..., 85+), Single Ages (0, 1, 2, 3, ..., 85+)
Notes:	Used by NCI for publications thru April 2025 data release. Original models, but limited to all races and sites used by NCI.

This file contains a collection of Complete Prevalence models with age groups up to 85+. The models contained in this file are the same as the Original data source, but the number of sites have been reduced to those used by NCI. In addition, the Race by-var has been removed.
