Austin Fitts

Austin Fitts, PharmD has joined the Surveillance Research Program (SRP) in the Surveillance Informatics Branch (SIB) as a Cancer Research Training Award postdoctoral fellow. Austin will be supporting Dr. Elizabeth Hsu on projects related to the National Childhood Cancer Registry (NCCR).

Austin has worked with Hemonc.org, previously as a fellow and currently as Editor of Clinical Pharmacology. Austin also spent time training with Vanderbilt University Medical Center, working on pharmacy informatics, data analytics, and real-time prescription benefits. Austin is primarily interested in pediatric cancer, machine learning, and pharmacogenomics.
