Tiffany Hayes

Tiffany Hayes, BS, MS has joined the Surveillance Informatics Branch (SIB) of the Surveillance Research Program (SRP) as an Essex contractor at the National Cancer Institute (NCI). During her time here, Tiffany will be working on the National Childhood Cancer Registry (NCCR) and Data Acquisition and Linkages (DAL) projects.

Prior to joining the NCI, Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, LA and her Master of Science in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Westminster in London, UK. During her time attending school at the University of Westminster, Tiffany wrote her thesis on Mitigating Factors Influencing Food Loss and Food Waste through the Food Supply Chain in the United States. Tiffany has nine years of experience working as a Surface Warfare Naval Officer and has experience with Project Management. She worked on the Texas Medicaid Project Onboarding for Electronic Visit Verification Software and Application, and the Training Program Development for New Ship Class and Inactive Naval Vessels.
