Title GPOPSIM
Short Description GPOPSIM is a simulation tool for pedigree, phenotypes, and genome data.
Long Description GPOPSIM is a simulation tool for pedigree, phenotypes, and genome data. The software uses a variety of population and genome structures as well as trait genetic architectures. GROPSIM also provides parameter settings for a wide variety of disciplines. The package is capable of simulating multiple genetically correlated traits with given genetic parameters along with underlying genetic architectures.
