POWSC is a computational tool that is used for power evaluation and sample size estimation in scRNA-seq. Long Description (required)
POWSC is an R package designed for sc-RNA-seq. The software plays three roles: parameter estimator, data simulator, and power assessor. As a parameter estimator, POWSC accurately captures the characterized parameters for any specific cell type from expression data. The simulator generates synthetic data based on a rigorous simulation mechanism that includes zero expression values. POWSC also performs comprehensive power analysis and reports stratified target powers for DE genes. https://github.com/suke18/POWSC u241918@bcm.edu
