SimLoRD is a read simulator for third generation sequencing reads and is currently focused on the Pacific Biosciences SMRT error model. Reads are simulated from both strands of a provided or randomly generated reference sequence. https://bitbucket.org/genomeinformatics/simlord/src/master/
