Julia package for simulating sequence data, pedigrees, and modern breeding programs.
XSim/XSimV2 simulates founder genomes, phenomes, complex pedigrees, mating schemes, selection, and successive generations for animal and plant breeding programs. It supports real sequence founders and multiple genetic-evaluation models.
